If you are interested in purchasing an in-stock item, such as my custom carved walking sticks or hand carved Santas, please use the form to the left to drop me a request. Be sure to include your desired shipping address. After calculating shipping costs, I will reply with an invoice reflecting the final cost. Hand Carved Santas
Payment: Once you have decided to purchase a custom carved walking stick or hand carved Santas, please contact me via email to confirm the final cost. Sorry, I do not accept credit cards; personal check or money order only. For custom made orders, a 50% deposit in advance is required before I begin any work. The remaining balance is due once the work is complete, but prior to shipping. I will notify you when the payment has been received and keep you posted on my progress from my wood carving studio. A 6% sales tax will be charged for PA residents only.

Packaging / Shipping: There will be an additional shipping charge for packaging and shipping. I ship FedEx and insure the item for its worth. The charge will vary depending on the value of the item, as well as the location of your shipping address. This charge may also increase if the carving to be shipped is considered “oversized”.
I will notify you via e-mail as to when the item has been shipped and can provide you with the tracking number if you so desire.
NOTE: Due to restrictions, I only ship within the United States.
Return Policy: It is my hope that you will be pleased with your purchase upon receipt. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, the item(s) purchased, including custom carved walking sticks and hand carved Santas, may be returned for a full refund, minus any shipping/packaging fees. Please notify me within 2 days of receiving the item(s) you intend on returning; they must be shipped back to me within 10 business days. Otherwise, I will not accept the return. Damaged Items: I will personally package the item(s) to be shipped, and I do so extremely well. However, if you find something broken due to shipping, please notify me within 10 days of receipt. I will start the claims process. Remember, FedEx requires you to save the box, wrappings, shipping materials, and broken items in order to prove damages! If it is minor damage, we can determine whether to forego the FedEx claims process and have myself repair the damage; sometimes this is more desirable to the customer.
